Moroccan Lounge Rules
The Moroccan Lounge wants every guest to have a safe and unforgettable experience during their visit. To help make sure that everyone has a great time, they have outlined a set of guidelines and rules listed below. Please review and follow the rules and policies below as failure to abide by them may result in expulsion from the venue without refund.
If you have any questions, please contact The Moroccan Lounge Box Office at [email protected]
The Moroccan Lounge does have handicapped seating available. You can ask event staff for help by arriving at least one hour before doors open. You may also contact the venue at [email protected] for help.
For certain events, arriving late may result in guests being asked to wait in the lobby until a designated break period. To avoid frustration, The Moroccan Lounge recommends that you arrive no later than 45 minutes before a ticketed event to make sure you have plenty of time to find parking and get to your seat.
Large bags are not allowed in the venue. Smaller bags may be subject to inspection by event staff and security. Guests may refuse searches and event staff reserves the right to refuse entry.
Photo policy varies for different artists and is usually not determined until the day of the show. Nonprofessional cameras without detachable lenses are allowed at most events, while professional cameras with detachable lenses are not allowed without prior clearance by the artist. You can ask the event staff about a show’s photo policy before entering the venue.
The Moroccan Lounge keeps the show going despite exterior weather. In the case of a cancellation due to artist cancellation, the venue will make announcements as soon as possible. If your ticketed event is canceled, please call [email protected] . to ask about rescheduling or ticket refund procedures and policies.
Most events at The Moroccan Lounge are strictly for adults from 21 years or older and exceptions are never made. Photo-IDs are required for entry to all events.
During all-ages shows, children under 16 or without ID can enter if accompanied by an adult.
Unfortunately clothing is required but the style is up to you.
